(NACBA) is the only national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy. Formed in 1992, NACBA now has more than 2000 members located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Since 1997, NACBA has led the fight against the anti-debtor legislation in Congress for which the consumer credit industry has lobbied so aggressively.

As an organization fully committed to promoting justice for consumers, NACA's members and their clients are actively engaged in promoting a fair and open marketplace that forcefully protects the rights of consumers, particularly those of modest means.
